Who you contract with

Jobbfit is a brand and product of Action & Consequence AB, org.nr 559245-9779, a Swedish limited company. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Jobbfit helps structure your job search, analyse roles, prepare application material, and practise for interviews. It does not automatically submit applications in your name. Features may change while the service is developed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and review all material before using or sending it.
• Protect your account and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, harm others, bypass security, or process material you have no right to use.

Your material

You keep the rights to material you provide. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it to deliver features you request. We do not claim ownership of your CV or applications.

Outputs and decisions

Jobbfit provides working material, not a guarantee of employment, an interview, or any outcome. Automatically prepared content may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking facts and deciding what to send to an employer.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or an employer’s decisions. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict an account that misuses the service or breaches these terms. We will give reasonable notice before material changes take effect.

Law and contact

Swedish law applies. Disputes may be heard by Swedish courts without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live. Send questions to hello@jobbfit.com.
