Data we process

• Account and profile data, such as your name, email, language, country, and job-search goals.
• Material you provide, such as CVs, experience, education, applications, interview answers, and notes.
• Service activity needed to operate and protect Jobbfit, such as saved searches, status changes, and technical errors.
• Messages you send us and your consent and privacy choices.

Purposes and legal bases

• To create your account and provide requested features: performance of our contract.
• To secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service: our legitimate interest in a safe, working product.
• To meet accounting and other legal obligations: legal obligation.
• For optional analytics or marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

AI processing

When you ask Jobbfit to prepare material, relevant content may be processed by service providers that help perform that task. Jobbfit should not invent achievements, and the output is working material for you to review. We do not use your material for optional marketing without consent.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with providers needed for hosting, storage, email, security, and features you choose. They may process it only on our instructions. Where processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, we use a permitted transfer mechanism and suitable safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention and security

We retain data while your account or the stated purpose requires it, and afterwards only where law or legal claims require it. Different data may therefore have different retention periods. We use access controls and other technical and organisational safeguards to reduce unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent. Contact hello@jobbfit.com. Cookies and similar storage

Jobbfit uses necessary storage for sign-in, security, language, and privacy choices. Optional analytics stays off until you approve it. The website currently uses no optional analytics measurement. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer.
