Our responsibility
Action & Consequence AB, org.nr 559245-9779 is responsible for ensuring Jobbfit’s processing follows the General Data Protection Regulation. We process data for clear purposes, limit access, and do not collect more than the features require.
Your rights
- Access: learn what we process and receive a copy.
- Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: ask us to erase data where there is no reason to keep it.
- Restriction and objection: stop or limit certain processing.
- Portability: receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format where the rules apply.
- Withdraw consent: change your mind without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Making a request
Email hello@jobbfit.com from the address linked to your account and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity to protect your data. We respond within the period required by GDPR and will tell you if a request needs more time.
Deletion and export
You can request export or deletion in the service settings or by email. Some data may need to remain after deletion to meet legal duties, handle legal claims, or prevent misuse. It will then be blocked from other use.
Automated processing
Jobbfit uses automated processing to help you analyse and prepare material. It does not make hiring decisions for employers or submit applications automatically. You review and choose what is used.
Incidents and complaints
If a personal-data breach is likely to create a high risk, we notify affected people as required by law. Contact hello@jobbfit.com or complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or your local supervisory authority.
